- How do I know how much charge my headset has?
- Connect the headset to the USB charger and the light on the headset will tell you the battery level.
- Flashing Red: less than 15% charge
- Flashing Blue: between 15% - 85% charge
- Solid Blue: between 85% and 100% charge
- What can I do if I am not getting enough range?
- Your headset may need a resync. Unplug the dongle from your computer then remove the battery from the headset for 15 seconds. Then reinsert the battery and USB dongle. Press and hold the button on the dongle until it begins to flash white, then press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset until the light flashes blue. Once both lights have gone out your headset is resynced.
- My headset is not turning on, what should I do?
- If your computer is turned off overnight, you may need to take the headset out of sleep mode. Ensure the dongle is connected. Then press and hold the ON/OFF button on the headset until it flashes. Once the light turns off, your headset is awake.
- I can't get my headset to work with my computer, what should I do?
- Make sure the USB dongle is fully connected to your computer. If your computer doesn't automatically recognize your headset, go to your computer's sound settings and make sure "Leitner Headset" is selected as your output and input device. Make sure your headset is turned on. You should see a blue light on the headset and a white light on the dongle.
